How does our service work?
Our service is simple and easy to use. We collect all the books that you have withdrawn, at your convenience. No sorting or categorizing is required, and labels do not need to be removed. We even provide you with standardized empty boxes, delivered flat packed to your door and, where possible, accommodate picking up full boxes from multiple campuses instead of one central location. Simply put your books in boxes, arrange a collection (or schedule a regular one for ease), and our team will do all the rest. We provide a flexible service, from a few boxes of books right up to a van load. When the books arrive back at our warehouse facility, we categorize them and resell through online marketplaces. If they aren’t saleable, we either donate them to charity or arrange for them to be recycled responsibly.
